I had an EXCELLENT experience with Melanie Thomas. Melanie is very knowledgeable and very responsive. Her follow-through is AWESOME. Prior to working with Melanie, I was working with another Realtor who was the complete opposite. Needless to say, I had to cut my ties with the other Realtor because Melanie knocked her out the box. If you want a Professional, a person that is punctual, someone who is an expert in their field, a person that has excellent negotiation skills, someone who can guide you through the home buying process, Melanie is the one. The Seller was asking $10,000 more than what it appraised and Melanie told me what she thought the home was worth and Melanie was on Target. The price Melanie gave me is exactly what the home appraised for. I could not have asked for a better home buying experience.

We didn't realize how fortunate we were to have come across Melanie when searching for a property to buy in Orlando for our son to occupy while attending UCF. The market was very competitive, even as cash buyers, and required Melanie to screen, in person, at least a half dozen homes for us as we reside 3 hours away. It didn't matter what day of the week, nor time of day, she was always available for us. After placing some 5-6 offers on other properties, we did purchase a home with her assistance. She steered us clear of problem situations and properties. Within a span of just a few weeks, the phone calls, texts and emails exchanged were well over 100. Our experiences in dealing with selling agents was typically not good - with most seeming uninterested in working for their clients or just being unresponsive. What we saw made us appreciate Melanie all the more. If you want an agent who understands the market and is willing to work her butt off for you, we couldn't recommend her more highly.
